Afternoon ladies, wanted to be sure you all seen that while we are not meeting Andrea French Viera is offering a bible study at the church!

Oscoda area sisters...
Hosting a ladies bible study starting on thursday at 10am...we will be studying the book of Judges. Unfortunately due to current issues we cannot have childcare😕.

Hey ladies!! I am super disappointed I won’t be able to come teach your seed starting class in a couple weeks but don’t worry! I’m going to be uploading a tutorial just for you in the next week or so!


During WWI and WWII the government encouraged people to plant vegetable gardens as a way to support their rations and boost morale. Given our current situation I am pushing hard for everyone to start their own Victory Garden of sorts this year. We could called them Virus Gardens. Actually, that sounds kinda gross...I’ll let you name your own...

Anyway, I hope you will gather some seed starting soil mix, a few packets of seeds and some trays and follow along! If you have any specific questions you’d like answered during my video please share them here!

Good morning my good and faithful mommas!
I miss our Wednesday mornings together and today as I was catching up in my Mother of the Year Devotional we received a couple of years ago I realized how pertinent it was for our time right now. There is so much we could be teaching our littles right now about blessings we’ve been provided with and how we could be blessing or preparing to bless others when this is over.
And we could be showing them ways in which the devil tempts is to turn our sights from God and to do wrong, especially when we are feeling low and out of steam and like things just couldn’t get worse.
Hope this finds you well today as I would normally be prepping things for our next meeting , now I’m just praying we get to meet at least once more before our year is out. Take care all of you, love your babies(even if they are big now) and we are all here for each other if you need to reach out!

Hey! Hope you are all doing well. Since we are apart for a while I thought it would be fun to share activities to keep the kiddos entertained. Today Hank and I are "washing pennies" just add Lots of salt to vinegar. You can put the solution on your fingers and scrub them clean or just throw them all in a bowl to clean themselves 😊 will use the pretty pennies for a future activity. Stay healthy!

Good Morning Ladies,
So I had planned on creating this post much earlier, but life happens so here we are. I wanted to encourage you all to have our kiddos create a card for someone in a long term care facility. I have a list of some from Peggy that are in Tawas. If you would like addresses from more local or you just happen to make a bunch of cards and want to spread the Love around I am more than willing to find out some more of the facilities addresses and send them to you as well.
Also, Andrea and her husband(Pastor Mike) have offered to open their home/backyard to us next week sometime. This will be a time to walk a beautiful Trail leading to Three pipes on the AuSable River, but to do it with some friends, get in some chatting, but also allowing our kiddos to get out and enjoy nature during this rough quarantine time. They have not fully confined us to our homes yet so lets get out and enjoy. Andrea and I are keeping in contact with each other due to watching the weather and deciding which day looks like it might be the nicest, so keep watching on here and we will be posting a good looking tentative date probably this weekend.
And....I know this is long, but since many of you do not have church services going on right now, I encourage you to pray for someone that God has placed on your heart for these next couple weeks, whether it is a family member, someone from your congregation that you feel may be struggling during this time, or just someone you know in our community or the world that you feel God has placed on your heart at this time. Whether we know what's going on in others lives or not, God knows and he will send you names of others to pray for if you ask it of him.
I hope all of you are finding yourselves well so far during this time and know that this is a place where we can all keep in touch ladies. Reach out to each other here and we can keep moving forward. God Bless you all and Can't wait til we can all meet again soon!

Ladies,
Its that time again! This week is going to run a tad different due to our main brunch being made by Andrea. She is going to be showing and teaching us how to make some dishes authentic to China. She has spent much time there as a missionary with her husband and we are blessed to have her able to share some of the culture with us and teach us how to cook some of that food that so many of us enjoy. So with that...

Food: Peggy's Table, Ladies if you could bring in some fresh fruit and veggies to go along side some of the items that Andrea is preparing for us that would be fantastic. Anything else you'd like to make is always welcome too.
