Sometimes you need to do self care to make sure you take care of yourself so you can help others. Last week, I was fighting sinus junk so I decided to do some cupping on my sinuses and lymph glands on face and neck. It freed up my sinuses and allowed everything to drain. I felt much better by the next day. If you are having sinus issues, colds, feeling run down, swollen, or sore, try a lymphatic massage! It helps in so many different ways.
