A Sound Immersion relaxes the body and promotes deep meditative and rejuvenating states. While reclining and breathing slowly, your body is immersed in a bath of sound as Karen plays her singing bowls, gongs, shakers, hand pan, and large frame drums.
Sound energy moves through the body....
aligning the system
relaxing the mind
rejuvenating the spirit
If you have a yoga mat or blanket please bring it to lay or sit on.

Karen Pujals is a professional astrologer and sound therapist. She has a MS in Educational Psychology (Counseling) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a MS in Administration (Healthcare) from Central Michigan University, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is a certified hypnotherapist and Reiki Master, pursuing certification as an instructor in sound therapy and gongs with the unparalleled 9 Ways Academia. She has earned certification in natal and movement astrology with the prestigious Kepler College. She established her private practice, Soul Freqs, Sound & Energy Works in Oshkosh in 2015. In former lives, Karen worked as a medical practice administrator and served for 13 years as a Military Intelligence Officer in the US Army.
