Important notice! Evelyn has no available appointments remaining until she returns from her family leave in December.
This includes existing patients that are hoping to reschedule.
Her schedule for existing patients is fully booked.
We strongly encourage you to keep your scheduled appointments to prevent any disruption in your care.
We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, we kindly ask that if you do need to move your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. Our waitlist is continuing to grow, with many prospective patients—including young children...

Important Information About New Patient Appointments
New patient appointments are scheduled in the order in which completed intake paperwork is received. Please note that we do not collect a deposit or hold appointment times until all required forms have been filled out and returned to our office.
If you have been contacted and given an estimated timeframe for a new patient appointment, please understand that this estimate is very likely to change if there is a delay in submitting your paperwork. Appointment availability can shift quickly due to high demand, and we are only able to schedule once all required documents are on file.
All new patients are placed on a cancellation list. We are doing everything we can to ensure that those seeking care are seen as soon as possible, but please understand there are only so many intakes we can physically accommodate each month.
Due to Evelyn’s upcoming family leave and the exceptionally high number of tick bite-related cases this year, new patient visits are currently booking into January 2026. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you have questions about the intake process or need help completing your paperwork, please don’t hesitate to contact our office.

Green Medicine of Wisconsin is a blend of integrative and traditional medicine. Our goal is to optimize your lifestyle, nutrition, exercise and sleep to promote the best possible health.
Green Medicine of Wisconsin believes in an individual one-on-one approach to medicine as there is no one size fits all. Each treatment approach is individually designed to address that person’s unique needs. Initial appointments are usually 2 hours long. Questions are encouraged and every effort is made to give you a complete understanding of your conditions and your treatment.
A strong emphasis is placed on a healthy lifestyle rather than just medication alone. We realize there are times when pharmaceuticals are needed but look for ways to minimize this. Our goal is to optimize your lifestyle, nutrition, exercise and sleep to promote the best
possible health.
Green Medicine of Wisconsin has evolved from our collective experience of nearly 40 years in medicine. We strive to stay at the cutting edge of technology and are early adopters of promising new technology. The treatment of Lyme disease and associated infections is a large component of this practice.
Since our inception in 2013 we have treated patients from 21 states and have become the premiere location for the treatment of Lyme disease and co-infections in the upper Midwest.
Traditional medicine is based on illness rather than wellness. Green medicine is molecular medicine which goes to the molecular level to make each cell healthier.
When this is accomplished the body begins to work as it was designed to work. Simply put, it is like fertilizing a plant that is not doing well; you simply give it what it needs to flourish. The body works in much the same way. Individuals must be willing to make appropriate lifestyle changes to accomplish this but the results can be amazing.
