Common retainer mistakes we see:
❎ Wrapping it in a napkin (easy to throw away)
❎ Letting pets get to it
❎ Using hot water to clean it (can cause warping)
❎ Not wearing it as instructed

Best rule: when it's not in your mouth, it should be in its case!
