Staying hydrated is key to feeling your best! Water does wonders for your heart, keeps you cool, supports joint and muscle function, and gives your skin that healthy glow. Ready to sip your way to wellness? Check out this week’s refreshing hydration recipe:

2 Mandarin oranges, cut into wedges
Handful of blueberries

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and put in the fridge for 2-24 hours to allow the water to infuse.
You can also squeeze in the juice of one mandarin orange and muddle the blueberries to intensify flavor a bit.
Serve cold.
Enjoy!

Staying hydrated is key to feeling your best! Water does wonders for your heart, keeps you cool, supports joint and muscle function, and gives your skin that healthy glow. Ready to sip your way to wellness? Check out this week’s refreshing hydration recipe:

6-8 Sliced Strawberries
1 Cup of mint leaves

Wash and slice strawberries. Wash mint.
Add strawberries and mint to a pitcher of water.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Continue to fill up the pitcher with fresh water all day.
Discard strawberries and mint after 12 hours.
Enjoy!

1/4 red or pink grapefruit, cut into thin slices
1 Large sprig of fresh rosemary
Sparkling or regular water

Wash and slice grapefruit.
Wash rosemary.
Add grapefruit and rosemary to a pitcher of water.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
