Chronic neck pain affects many adults and often stems from everyday habits like poor sleeping posture, prolonged computer use, car accidents, or repetitive strain. While anti-inflammatory medications may offer temporary relief, they don’t always address the root cause—and can come with unwanted side effects.

Massage, on the other hand, promotes circulation and boosts lymphatic flow, helping to ease tension and inflammation naturally. In the study, participants who received one-hour massages three times a week for four weeks were five times more likely to report meaningful improvements in both pain levels and daily function.
