Simplify Your Life Week is here! Try these easy ways to lighten your load:

To-Do Lists: Write them down to clear mental clutter. Pick 1–2 easy tasks, complete them, and cross them off. Keep going, bit by bit.

Email: Clean out your inbox. Delete or mark as read anything older than 30 days. Unsubscribe from senders you no longer need. A tidy inbox reduces stress.

Closet Clean-Out: Donate clothes you no longer wear. A decluttered closet feels great—and helps others.

Eliminate the Extras: Spend an hour reflecting on what matters most. Make 3 lists: tasks you enjoy, tasks you don’t, and tasks that aren’t necessary. Keep the first, delegate the second, and eliminate the third.

Me Time: Recharge with a walk, a movie, a bath, a call to a friend—or a massage. Taking care of yourself helps you care for others.

Friendships come in many forms, and we begin developing them when we're very young. Throughout our lives, friendships and their meanings evolve. Our classmates and neighborhood pals explored the world with us. Together we shared experiences and made plans for the future. Eventually, paths diverge and new friends find a place in our social experience. Our world expands and our culture changes. With each new friend, we expand our view of the world. Their experiences contribute to new meaning in our lives. Through friendships, we grow and broaden our horizons. Eventually, the world becomes smaller and more connected.
