To-Do Lists: Write them down to clear mental clutter. Pick 1–2 easy tasks, complete them, and cross them off. Keep going, bit by bit.
Email: Clean out your inbox. Delete or mark as read anything older than 30 days. Unsubscribe from senders you no longer need. A tidy inbox reduces stress.
Closet Clean-Out: Donate clothes you no longer wear. A decluttered closet feels great—and helps others.
Eliminate the Extras: Spend an hour reflecting on what matters most. Make 3 lists: tasks you enjoy, tasks you don’t, and tasks that aren’t necessary. Keep the first, delegate the second, and eliminate the third.
