Empowered women empower women 🧘‍♀️

Our owner, Stephanie, and a wonderful group of ladies from the Simply Yoga community had the absolute pleasure of attending The Women's Fund of Oshkosh "Power of the Purse" event!

Beyond a beautiful afternoon together, we walked away with some incredibly powerful reminders about mental health, the trap of social comparison, and the vital importance of "looking up" to connect in real life. In a world full of screens, taking time to unplug, reset, and build genuine community is exactly what we practice on the mat—and it was so beautiful to see it celebrated off the mat, too.
