It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the closing of Blue Moon Therapeutics, LLC effective November 30th,2023. Unfortunately we were not able to renew our lease and do not have an alternative location at this time.
If you have a Gift Card please contact me or go to our website to get an appointment scheduled.
I am devastated to share this news and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. My hope is to return to providing care and doing what I love in the future.
