With Halloween around the corner we would like to announce we are passing candy out this year.

We are currently seeking Housekeepers

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning resident's rooms as assigned to: dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, sweeping floors, cleaning mirrors, emptying trash, general straightening, and organizing
Straighten, pick-up, and organize all common areas, therapy rooms etc.
Attend related in-service trainings and staff meetings as requested.
Perform cleaning procedures to assure room is prepared for new occupancy
Perform cleaning and sanitizing procedures in accordance with infection control policies and procedures.

Crystal Heights Care Center is excited to inform you as of May 1st 2023 we will be opening our new locked memory care unit. We will have fourteen private suites which includes their own showers and restrooms. A courtyard is attached for outdoor entertainment. We are licensed and trained for 24 hour nursing care, our dedicated and caring staff are here to meet your loved one’s needs. This position prepares the menu and serves food items for meals for residents of the facility. Crystal Heights Care Center is a 92 bed nursing/rehabilitation center in Oskaloosa, Iowa. We are now hiring skilled LPN's, and RN's to join our caring team. As a charge nurse at Crystal Heights you are responsible for all direct resident care, and are to provide direction, supervision and evaluation of resident care. Charge nurses are to also implement facility policies, procedures and coordinate nursing activities with other services provided by members of the health care team.
