Do you wonder if you may worry too much? Excessive or unmanaged anxiety can become unhealthy if it takes the form of an anxiety disorder. If you feel like you are losing control: First, look inside and pinpoint the real cause of the anxiety. Then, decide what action, if any, should be taken. You may discover no action can be taken. If one can, come up with a plan that tackles the part of the problem that is under your control. Once you have done all you can, either take action or just let it go.
