Osmond General Hospital (OGH) is a 21 bed Critical Access Hospital located in the busy community of Osmond in Northeast Nebraska. Osmond General Hospital's vision is "To be the preferred provider of high quality health care services". Our physicians, nurses, and entire staff work toward that vision every day in the quality of care that is provided to our patients. OGH provides 24 hour Emergency care, Acute, Skilled, and Intermediate Private Pay Care. Hospice Care can be provided in the hospital through a third party provider. OGH also provides services such as Laboratory diagnostic testing, EKG and Stress testing, Radiology, CAT Scans, Ultrasound, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Lifeline, Meals on Wheels, Transportation Van, and Adult Daycare. Specialty physicians travel to Osmond to provide outpatient specialty clinics throughout the month in our Outpatient Clinic area. Clinics available are Cardiology, Mammography, MRI, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Podiatry, Pulmonology, and Surgery & Endoscopy. The surgeons that provide Outpatient clinic services are able to perform surgery's at OGH on the days they are here. OGH owns and operates a family practice clinic in the local communities of Randolph and Wausa. These clinics provide day to day medical care for patients of all ages. The clinics are staffed by Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Family Nurse Practitioners. The Randolph Family Practice Clinic has a patient room dedicated to pediatric patients to make their visit more pleasant. In 2011 the hospital renovated the south wing of patient rooms to make them private rooms. Nursing is provided by a dedicated, professional nursing staff which places patient care first.
