Osnabrock, ND | 18‑Bed Basic Care Facility

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Administrator to lead our small, close‑knit basic care facility. This role is ideal for someone who values person‑centered care, strong teamwork, and meaningful work in a rural community setting.

Position Details
Part‑Time/Full‑Time Hybrid: 32 hours per week

Benefits: Full benefits package

Travel: Minimal travel required

Location: Osnabrock, North Dakota

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:

Confident in financial management and daily operational oversight

Experienced in long‑term care (years of LTC experience strongly considered)

Organized, dependable, and committed to high‑quality resident care

A strong communicator who can support staff, residents, and families

Preferred but not required: Business degree or Healthcare Management degree

Join our team at OCLC! We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and organized Administrator to help lead our facility and support both residents and staff.
