We had a wonderful time attending an open house at Saint Therese of Oxbow Lake TCU last week, where we had the opportunity to connect with some truly incredible social workers serving the Brooklyn Park community.

In honor of National Social Workers Week, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank these dedicated professionals for the compassion, advocacy, and support they provide every day. Their commitment to helping individuals and families navigate care journeys makes a meaningful difference in so many lives.

We had a great time at the City of Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center Community Center this past Friday, connecting with such a wonderful group of local organizations!

A special thank you to Zaira and Alice for putting on such a welcoming and engaging event. We really enjoyed spending time with the team from St. Therese at Oxbow Saint Therese of Oxbow Lake! 😀

Brenda is truly a wonderful part of our team and a favorite among the clients she serves. She consistently demonstrates what it means to Elevate the Human Spirit through her kindness, compassion, and dedication to those in her care.

One of the many things that makes Brenda so special is the genuine connection she builds with her client. She even wears matching hair bows with her client, creating joyful moments and showing how meaningful companionship can be in caregiving. 💜

Brenda also maintains great communication with our office team and always goes the extra mile to make sure her client feels comfortable, supported, and valued. Her client’s family shared how thankful they are for Brenda and the wonderful care she provides every day.
