I feel so incredibly grateful that this younger generation understands self care and are willing to trust me to help them! 💗

Jax is a good friend of my son's and he hurt his shoulder playing football. He continued his regular chiropractic care and added acupuncture and cupping with me, and we were able to get him back on the field in no time.
It's just a good reminder to everyone that we will hurt ourselves, no matter what age. Have a self care routine in place and have your team of healers to help in those moments!

Only $60 for a lane for 2 hours of bowling (shoes included) ... it's a heck of a deal AND the proceeds go to Kason's baseball team!
