YogaSoles YogaSoles was founded by Laurie Wolfe, a yoga instructor and Psychology Professor.

Laurie was inspired by not just the physical benefits of yoga, but also the psychological benefits. Laurie completed her yoga teacher training program at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis in May, 2012 and the Meditation Teacher training program at the Ananda Expanding Light Center in March, 2014.

Want to join me for a day of yoga and relaxation? I’m guest teaching a few yoga classes at this retreat on Saturday, Aug 2 in Dayton, MN.

There’s yoga, reiki (additional cost), a floating sound bath in the pool, lunch, and good company. Only $50 for the day.
