You are not an energy source! Period.

As a healer it is important to know that I am NEVER giving "my" energy away. I am a channel; a conduit of Universal Source energy.

I am also not a magical fix for the work that your soul is requiring of you. Reiki and other modalities can assist, can carve a path, can jump start healing but there is work for each of us to do to maintain health & wellness.
