I now provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through a company called Journey Clinical. Research has shown that Ketamine is a safe and powerful adjunct to many models of psychotherapy and can be effective for those who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress - post-traumatic or otherwise - and burnout. It is also something to consider if you feel that psychiatric medication has not helped or that your current therapy is not progressing. Ketamine can also be used as an accompaniment to a variety of therapeutic modalities, and after prep, dosing and integration sessions with a KAP therapist you can return to your current therapy. Treatment can be done in-person or remote, with individuals or groups, and also within the context of couples therapy. My partnership with Journey Clinical allows their medical team to handle all of the medical aspects of vetting and prescribing the meditation, which is often covered by insurance, and once that part of the process is completed I enter to support clients with the integration and psychotherapy part of the treatment. Low-dose ketamine treatment is safe, legal and part of growing renaissance in the field of psychotherapy. If you have any questions about ketamine treatment and whether it might be helpful to you or someone you know feel free to either visit Journey Clinical's website at journeyclinical.com or contact me directly at Tamie560@gmail.com.
