White Horse Representatives are meeting with the Carroll County Delegation’s Regional Appropriations Subcommittee this month to discuss continued county support for our treatment programs. Thanks to opioid settlement funds - not taxpayer money - we've been able to expand our services across Carroll County—treating people from every town regardless of their ability to pay.

These settlement dollars are specifically meant for opioid treatment and prevention, and we're proud to put them to work right here in our community - changing lives.

The subcommittee’s recommendations are expected to shape the final budget decisions by the full Delegation in March. Interested residents can participate in the process by attending public meetings, asking questions, and advocating for sustained funding for opioid treatment services.
