Have you tried out MSFTS gym in Yarmouth Port ? I teach a fun, gentle yoga class there Mondays 8:30am, and group fitness Tuesdays 9:30am. MSFTS is a fitness facility that focuses on Mental Strength, Functional Training and the Support of the community. It’s a safe place where you don’t need to fit in to BELONG.
