Please welcome Taylor to our practice,

Taylor is a provisionally licensed mental health counselor with a master's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo (2021). Deeply passionate about supporting teens and individuals in their 20s and 30s as they navigate the complexities of anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, and elevated stress levels, Taylor's background in primary care mental health brings a unique perspective that integrates both mental and physical well-being into her sessions. Her therapeutic approach is individualized and collaborative, ensuring that each client feels empowered to explore the concerns that matter most to them.

Taylor strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space to uncover the root causes of your challenges and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Building meaningful relationships with her clients is at the heart of all her sessions. She believes that true healing happens when you feel heard, understood, and supported in your journey.

Taylor is a safe and affirming space for those in the LGBTQIA+ community.

Telehealth counseling is provided to those residing anywhere within New York state.

Many people feel "down" or have the "winter blues" when the days get shorter in the fall and winter and feel better in the spring when longer daylight hours return."

This fact sheet provides information about seasonal affective disorder (SAD), a type of depression. It includes a description of SAD, signs and symptoms, how SAD is diagnosed, causes, and treatment options.
