Destiny Myrick (of WildRoots) is easily one of my most treasured friends, and for so many reasons!! Her beautiful soul will be shining brightly at our retreat on September 20 @ Retreat Among the Lakes- Going Deeper. Destiny brings an abundance of energy that seamlessly flows out to others to make them feel not only welcome and at ease, but necessary - like you were always meant to be there to share in the experience. You definitely want to catch her Healing Sound Therapy session, featuring crystal energy sound bowls, and my personal favorite - the buffalo drum! Her sessions give me shivers every time!!

If you've been follow me you've seen me drop a few posts about this retreat I'll be attending this fall in the Thousand Islands area. The next few days I'll be leaking more and more details about this inspiring event so you can really get to know what it's all about and the spectacular women who are hosting and contributing to this event.
Speaking from experience, this yearly event is AWE-inspiring. We are growing it year by year and can't wait to see what it will become!
