✨Tai Chi is the perfect complement to your yoga practice. Often described as "meditation in motion," this class will help you cultivate internal energy (Qi), enhance body awareness, and reduce stress—all while moving gracefully.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi looking to deepen your mindfulness or new to movement arts, this class is for you!

💫”I began doing Qi Gong and Tai Chi in 2019 while recovering from back fusion surgery. I thought it would help me regain leg strength and balance. Once I began practicing Qi Gong and Tai Chi, I found I gained so much more. In the Spring of 2024, I went for training to become a Level One instructor and in the Fall of 2024, I went back to become a Level Two instructor. I received my certifications through the Institute of Integral Qi Gong and Tai Chi (IIQTC).
💫Qi Gong and Tai Chi are Chinese mind-body practices. The movements are gentle and flow from one to the next using deep breathing techniques, self-massage and meditation. The goal of practicing Qi Gong and Tai Chi is to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, called "qi" or "chi," which in turn promotes physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Qi Gong and Tai Chi are low-impact exercises suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels; the movements can be adapted to meet everyone’s individual needs and preferences.
💫I have been teaching Qi Gong and Tai Chi throughout the Oswego area since completing my training and I am excited to bring my practice to Blossom Yoga.”
