September marks year 2 of my solo practice, and I'm thrilled to reintroduce myself. My name is Lauren, and I've had the privilege of being a massage therapist for over 14 years. My passion is empowering each client to walk out of their massage feeling revitalized and renewed, compared to when they walked in. Seeing the joy and relief on their faces when they experience freedom from excruciating migraines, or when they can move their neck with ease, is truly rewarding. Witnessing new mothers savor 60 minutes of blissful rest, away from the demands of caring for their newborn, fills my heart with joy. I'm grateful to offer a range of massage techniques, from gentle stress relief to deep tissue massage, tailored to each client's unique needs.
