Peaceful Remedies is improving the healing experience for those impacted by life altering illnesses and conditions by bringing holistic options of therapy and support to individuals in a safe and peaceful environment. Peaceful Remedies vision is to empower individuals affected by life-altering diseases providing a community space that offers support groups, speakers, and therapeutic intervention. Peaceful Remedies will be a warm, welcoming space for relaxation and meditation where survivors, caregivers and those battling disease can share their experiences and find a wealth of support in each other. In addition to being a communal space, we will suggest a variety of holistic health services and regular panels and discussions on matters pertaining to our clients. We will provide a resource database where people can research the challenges and illnesses they are facing, as well as learn about local and national non-profit events. By bringing together survivors and caregivers and giving them both the ability to educate themselves and access to alternative treatment, we hope to lead each other to a place of strength, peace and happiness.

The Connecting Hearts Peer Support Program links people with a life altering illness or condition and caregivers to a peer volunteer in a sincere, compassionate space. Volunteers attended an evening training to become peer supporters for participants. All in effort to help make a connection that aims to offer a positive support on health, wellness and healing of participants. Because sometimes all a person needs is a little heart to heart with a trusted person.
