Impact Sports Rehab and Chiropractic is a chiropractic and acupuncture practice located at 39 Stonehill Rd, STE E, Oswego, IL. Our goal is to work together with the patient to not only recover, but return them to their sport or activity in a better condition than they came to us in. Dr. Lindsey Wienckowksi and Dr. Brandon Polaskey use a combination of adjustments, manual therapy, and rehabilitation exercises to improve specific movements and strength according to the patient’s needs. The adjustments and manual therapy are performed in order to restore movement in the joints and musculature. The rehabilitation exercises are performed to target your functional strength and balance. We work to educate the patient on the strategies to empower them to maintain their recovered state. Currently, we are in network with both Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare. You can also pay with ChiroHealth USA as well as your HSA, HRA, and FSA.

We’re excited to use our new blood flow restriction cuffs by Smart Tools!

BFR (blood flow restriction) training offers benefits such as muscle growth with lighter weights, improved strength and endurance, accelerated rehabilitation, and reduced stress on joints. It stimulates muscle hypertrophy by triggering a release of growth hormones and creating a state of fatigue that mimics heavy lifting, making it useful for injury recovery and for people who can't lift heavy loads.

Santa stopped by today to drop off our Marine Toys for Tots Foundation collection box!

We are partnering with the Oswego Fire Protection District to support their annual Toys for Tots collection. Toys for Tots provides new, unwrapped toys to children in need during the holiday season, helping bring joy to families facing financial challenges and strengthening our community’s spirit of giving.

Toys will be collected mid December! For every toy donated we will give you one entry into a raffle for a box of DrinkLMNT and an Impact Sports Tumbler.
