One of the most common questions I’m asked is, “How quickly will I feel a difference?”

Every body responds differently. Some people notice subtle changes during the first session. Others notice their shifts build gradually over time as the body unwinds layer by layer.

There’s no “right” timeline, only your timeline. And I’m here to support you through it!

A little reminder for your day:
Your body is allowed to slow down.
Your mind is allowed to rest.
You are allowed to feel supported.

Sometimes the most meaningful progress starts with giving yourself permission to pause. 🌊

So many of us carry tension in the same places - neck, shoulders, upper back.

Myofascial Release works with the body’s natural responses, using gentle, sustained pressure to help tissues soften and unwind at their own pace.

If your body has been asking for attention, this may be the reset you’ve been looking for. 🌊

I’m continually grateful for the trust clients place in me. Reading words like these reminds me why I do this work every day. 💙

Everyone’s body tells a different story, and Myofascial Release gives us the chance to listen, soften, and create more comfort and connection from the inside out.

Thank you, Tooke, for sharing your experience.

There’s something powerful about finally feeling space in your body again. Space to breathe, move, and enjoy the moments that matter.

Myofascial Release helps soften the tension your body has been holding, so ease and comfort can return a little at a time. If more freedom in your daily movement is one of your goals this year, I’d love to support you on that path. 🌊

When your body is out of balance, you feel it - in your posture, your movement, your energy. Myofascial Release helps support your body in finding steadiness again, layer by layer, just like these stones.

Small shifts can create big changes in how you move through your day.

If you’ve never experienced Myofascial Release before, here’s what you can expect during a session:

✨ Gentle, sustained pressure
✨ Slow, quiet work that allows your fascia time to respond
✨ Awareness of patterns your body has been holding
✨ Space for your nervous system to settle

Each session is guided by how your body responds. Nothing forced! Nothing rushed!

Your body is always communicating. Sometimes through movement, sometimes through restriction. Myofascial Release helps you listen more clearly so you can move in a way that feels natural again.

More awareness, more ease, more freedom in your body.

No two bodies are the same and that’s exactly why individualized care matters. Myofascial Release works by gently uncovering the patterns of restriction unique to you, creating space for lasting relief and better movement.

It’s always rewarding to hear how clients leave feeling lighter, looser, and more at ease in their bodies. 💙

Here’s the simplest way to think about it! MFR uses gentle, sustained pressure to support the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding everything in your body) in softening and easing long-held tension.

It’s slow, intentional work designed to help your body move with more comfort and ease.

Curious what it might feel like for you? 🌊

A deep breath can tell you a lot about how your body is doing. Tension, tightness, or strain often show up long before we’re aware of it.

MFR supports your body in softening those patterns so breath and movement come a little easier. 🌊

Creating space to unwind isn’t a luxury, it’s part of reconnecting with your body. Myofascial Release supports this same idea. Slowing down, noticing what your body has been holding, and giving it room to soften and find balance again.

A little calm goes a long way. 🌊

Our Story

I am a licensed massage therapist with a wealth of experience. In 2013, I received my Massage Therapy license and have continued expanding my knowledge and skills since that time. I am certified in Pre-Natal massage, Cupping Therapy and RockTape kinesiotaping. In addition, I also incorporate neuromuscular and myofascial techniques in my sessions.

There are no cookie-cutter massages, here! Each session, I listen to what your needs are and work with you to develop a plan, while letting the body guide the treatment that's needed that day.
