🕝 Got a minute?

Give your body a quick HUG 🤗

Use a SOFT 4" ball or a foam roller on your upper back for 5 minutes.

Apply gentle pressure, breathe deeply, and let your body soften.

It's not a workout. It's a reset.

And yes, you can level up your results from sessions with little just-right self-care between visits.

Here’s something I notice all the time: when fascia softens, the mind often follows.

That gentle release isn’t just about freeing tight tissue.

It invites the nervous system to exhale, to feel safer. Suddenly, emotional tension, stress, or overwhelm can soften too.

Myofascial release isn’t about force.

It’s about listening.

Gentle, sustained pressure helps shift fascia in ways that feel... kind and loving.

It's soft work that can soothe your nervous system, invite relaxation, and open the door to healing from the inside out.

Before your day takes off, pause for a moment of deep breathing.

✨Place a hand on your lower belly and let your breath expand into your body. Notice how your shoulders soften and your mind slows down.

This is fascia responding. Even the smallest moments of release can create space for ease and calm throughout your day.

Did you know scar tissue doesn't just stay at the site of the scar? It spreads out much farther, sometimes attaching itself to other structures. This can cause pain and limited mobility.

Myofascial Release will free these stuck areas! It's safe and gentle once the scar is fully healed (usually 6-8 weeks after surgery). BUT, it can also work on old scars!

Some days, life feels heavier than others. When this happens, stop when you can and take a walk. Motion creates emotion. New emotions help you get your mind off old moods that can weigh you down.

When you walk, you give your mind a well-deserved vacation. After a walk, you will be able to work more effectively and have a clearer understanding of your situation.

Being tied to a particular outcome closes you off from other possibilities. John often reminds us, as therapists, to let go of the outcome. Not to enter a treatment session with a particular plan. Treat the person in front of us with no agenda.

Our Story

I am a licensed massage therapist with a wealth of experience. In 2013, I received my Massage Therapy license and have continued expanding my knowledge and skills since that time. I am certified in Pre-Natal massage, Cupping Therapy and RockTape kinesiotaping. In addition, I also incorporate neuromuscular and myofascial techniques in my sessions.

There are no cookie-cutter massages, here! Each session, I listen to what your needs are and work with you to develop a plan, while letting the body guide the treatment that's needed that day.
