A little glimpse into your first visit 🤍

We start with a conversation.

You tell me what’s been going on, what you’ve been feeling, what hasn’t been working…
and I listen.

From there, I look at how your body is holding and moving, so we can start to understand the bigger picture together.

Comfort is key.

Loose, flexible clothing works best during myofascial sessions so the body can move naturally and remain relaxed throughout the process.

When your body feels comfortable, it’s easier to settle into the moment.

This isn’t about digging into tight muscles.

It’s about giving your body a position
where it can actually let go.

Using a small ball under the upper back
creates gentle, supported pressure.

No forcing.
No pushing through.

Just time, breath, and support.

Low back pain isn’t always coming from your low back.

It’s often your body compensating, adapting,
trying to manage something that’s been building over time.

That’s why chasing the pain doesn’t always work.

We look at the bigger picture.
How your body is moving, holding, and responding.

Because that’s where real change starts.

Your body is constantly communicating.

Your fascia is a big part of that.

It sends information to your nervous system about tension, movement, and safety.

So when it becomes restricted or dehydrated,
that communication gets a little… distorted.

That’s why this work isn’t just about muscles.

It’s about helping your system feel clear again.

A little tip from me 🤍

This small ball can be a really simple way to check in with your body.

Move slowly.
Pause where you feel tension.
And give your body time to respond.

It’s not about pushing through…
it’s about creating space.

Healing doesn’t always look like fixing something.

Sometimes it looks like slowing down enough
to actually feel what your body has been holding.

Not rushing past it.
Not pushing through it.
Not trying to override it.

Just creating space for it to be there…
so it can finally move.

04/06/2026

You don’t need a “perfect time” to start.

If something in your body has been feeling off, tight, or stuck…
that’s enough.

When you’re ready, I’m here.

This is what a pause can look like.

A quiet moment of peace.
A steady breath of release.
A body allowed to settle and be safe.

Bright Wave is a space to slow down and reconnect.

Our Story

I am a licensed massage therapist with a wealth of experience. In 2013, I received my Massage Therapy license and have continued expanding my knowledge and skills since that time. I am certified in Pre-Natal massage, Cupping Therapy and RockTape kinesiotaping. In addition, I also incorporate neuromuscular and myofascial techniques in my sessions.

There are no cookie-cutter massages, here! Each session, I listen to what your needs are and work with you to develop a plan, while letting the body guide the treatment that's needed that day.
