Winding down Nursing Home Week on Day #5... our theme, "NACHO Average Nursing Home," and "Wear a Hat" day. Of course we had to make crazy hats to wear. Then a bingo game in the morning followed by a Nacho Bar in the afternoon. What a fun week!

Wednesday, Day 3 of Nursing Home Week; "Pajama day," and our theme was "DONUT know what we would do without you!" We enjoyed another wonderful afternoon outside while eating Aunt Julia's Donuts. Thank you Oswego Health and Rehab for the delicious donuts.

Oswego Health and Rehab kicked off "Nursing Home Week" with a visit from our local K-9 police dogs and their handlers. It was a fabulous day to sit outside and watch the dogs do their jobs, sniffing out drugs and stopping the bad guys. Thank you to Christian Smith and his dog Morgan, Parsons PD, Bryan Siu and his dog Benny, Labette County Sheriff's Department, and Jake Bond, Oswego Chief of Police. We appreciate you gentlemen taking time out of your day to bring the dogs and give us a demonstration. Thank you!
