Led by Dr. Nicole Titman (aka Dr. Nikki), we specialize in care for the whole family — from brand new babies to busy parents. We’re especially passionate about supporting prenatal and pediatric care, and helping families feel empowered and at ease in their health. Dr. Nikki is Webster-certified, CACCP-certified, and a proud member of the ICPA. She’s the only chiropractor in Oswego County with this level of advanced pediatric and prenatal training — and she uses the Activator Method to deliver precise, gentle adjustments for all ages. Born and raised right here in Central New York, Dr. Nikki opened this practice to give back to the community that helped shape her. "Before coming to Light House Family Chiropractic our baby was extremely uncomfortable; he would have intense crying spells for hours and we could not console him. Our pediatrician told us he had colic and would grow out of it. His advice was to put headphones in and ignore him. We were heartbroken and at a loss for where to turn.
A friend recommended exploring chiropractic care. That’s when we found Dr. Nikki, she helped so much, after only a few sessions we saw huge improvements in our son. He seemed more comfortable, would cry less often and it would be less intense.
He was also evaluated by Danielle, the lactation consultant, and we found out he had a tongue/lip tie. With suck training strategies and a laser release at a trusted facility, everything changed.
Our son is now smiling every day, laughing, and eating without difficulty. We are so grateful for all the advice and care we received at Light House Family Chiropractic. It changed everything."
