👉 What you’ll do:

Help patients by verifying their insurance coverage.

Request authorizations so treatment can start smoothly.

Work closely with our therapists and staff to keep everything running seamlessly.

Communicate with patients about their benefits in a clear and supportive way.

👉 What we’re looking for:

Someone with experience in insurance verification/medical office work (a plus, but not always required if you’re a quick learner!).

Computer literate and confident making phone calls.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Great communicator with excellent people skills.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

🕒 Position: Part-Time / Full-Time
💧 Start Date: Immediate Opening
💲 Pay: $18-21/hour, DOE

Join our team!
We are looking for a dependable, friendly Pool Physical Therapy Aide to support our patients and therapists during aquatic therapy sessions.

Job Duties Include:
✔ Assisting patients safely in and out of the therapy pool
✔ Supporting physical therapists during water-based sessions
✔ Monitoring pool safety and cleanliness
✔ Encouraging and interacting with patients
✔ Maintaining a professional and caring environment

Qualifications:
✅ Comfortable in water
✅ CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
✅ Positive attitude and strong communication skills
✅ Bilingual Preferred
✅ Able to assist with patient mobility
✅ Interest in physical therapy or health care is a plus!
