🚨 Exciting News! 🚨

We’re thrilled to welcome Rebecca “Becky” Eckert, NP-C, to the Citadel Health Center team! With over 10 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in rural health clinics and urgent care, Becky is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. She’s a mom of 5 who manages a small sheep farm with her husband, enjoys outdoor adventures like snowboarding and rock hunting in the UP, and is passionate about adoption, foster, and refugee care.

Becky is currently pre-enrolling patients (starting with those on our waiting list) and will be starting with our office March 2025.

Sneak Peek!

If you haven’t heard the news, we are moving to 900 Dix Street in Otsego, MI and closing our Caledonia location the end of December. Renovations are underway and we expect to be open seeing patients at the beginning of January.

We are moving!

January 2024 will be Citadel Health Center's 2-year anniversary. We are excited to announce that as of January 2, 2024 we will be closing our Caledonia office and moving the office to 900 Dix Street in Otsego, MI (former Ascension Borgess Otsego Clinic). This move will bring the practice closer to our home and closer for many of our patients.

Please note that we have a 4-6 month waiting list for new patients. If you’re thinking about switching, we encourage you to inquire about our practice through our website.

Meet Ella - our new office assistant! Ella is the oldest of 5 children and attending school with the goal of becoming a nurse practitioner. Her hobbies include soccer, reading, and spending time with her dog! She loves ice cream and going for long walks on the beach. You will start seeing her around the office part-time beginning mid-August. We are excited to have her join our team!
