We’re thrilled to welcome our certified Functional Medicine provider, bringing a root-cause, whole-person approach to care focused on understanding the why behind your symptoms and how your body responds.

Michelle Lehn is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with advanced training through The School of Applied Functional Medicine and is the only Functional Medicine provider in the Illinois Valley with this certification. With 15+ years in pediatrics and experience in urgent care, Michelle now specializes in personalized plans of care including prescriptions, treatment options, lab interpretation, and body-response–based healing strategies.

Guided by her own health journey, Michelle partners with patients to restore balance and vitality supporting energy, mood, hormones, digestion, and overall wellness through education, compassion, and sustainable habits. We’re so excited to have her on the team and can’t wait for you to meet her 💛
