I am officially registered for a Spinning Babies workshop this fall at Holy Family Birth Center!! Dr. Nikki from MFC and I are excited to be able to better support our pregnant mamas in the office. After this workshop I will be able to:

•Facilitate comfort in pregnancy and ease in childbirth for my clients
•Improve fetal position without manipulation of the fetus
•Identify issues faster; gentle actions to shorten a long labor or avoid a cesarean
•Use less (or no) force to resolve malposition and labor dystocia
•And much, much more!

I understand things come up and you cannot make it, but please be understanding that if you don't show up, I do not get paid. I don't get paid if I don't have enough time to fill your spot either.

•When you become a client of mine, you sign this policy on the back of the Intake Form•

My office sends out a reminder 24hrs before your appt, so please reply to that text OR send me a message if you can't make it in!

Happy Monday friends!! This past weekend I was back at The Well: A Center for Women's Wellness for a repeat doula retreat that I took back in 2022! 🙌🏻 It felt incredibly refreshing and truly an honor to be in these amazing women's presence all weekend. Our heart and souls are on fire & I'm excited to keep serving this wonderful community of ours! 🫶🏻🩷
