After an overwhelming response to yesterday's post, we're officially bringing Youth & Athlete training to our Ottawa location this summer.

* Youth Development (Ages 7-11)
Mon & Wed | 1:30 - 2:30 PM

* Athlete Performance (12+)
Tues & Thur | 1:30 - 2:30 PM

* 16 total sessions
* Full summer program
* Ottawa location

Youth: $225 full summer
Athlete: $275 full summer

This isn’t just “working out”…

This is structured training to actually make athletes faster, stronger, and more confident.

🚨 Temporary Closure Notice – Ottawa Location

Due to an emergency situation in the area and direction from local authorities, we have been required to evacuate and temporarily close our Ottawa location.

The safety of our members and staff is our top priority.

✅ GOOD NEWS WE’RE BACK OPEN IN OTTAWA!

The plumbing issue at our Ottawa location is officially fixed, and we’re back up and running.

Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding over the past couple of days we truly appreciate it.

It was also great to see so many of our Ottawa members taking advantage of the LaSalle location while things were being repaired. That flexibility and support says a lot about our community.

We truly have the best members in the area, and we’re grateful for every one of you.

Due to an unexpected issue with running water, the Ottawa JJR Next Level location is temporarily closed.

We are actively working to resolve the issue and are hoping to have everything fixed as soon as possible so we can safely reopen the doors.
