Might be too cold to get outside and exercise, but there are still lots of ways to get moving indoors. The gym today helped me feel warmer and more energetic. What do *you* like to do? Do even 15 minutes of it.

Tried Sambucol recently for a cold that seemed like it might be coming on. Absolutely ended it in a day! And it tastes great on top of that. Definitely staying around in my cabinet from now on.
