It’s hard to believe it’s already been a week and a half since we were wandering the cobblestone streets of Italy, practicing yoga with postcard views, and eating all the food (no regrets). This trip was pure magic—sunshine, espresso, belly laughs, and the kind of connections that only happen when you travel with an amazing group of humans.

Huge thanks to everyone who came along for the adventure—you made it unforgettable. Can we go back now? 🇮🇹🧘‍♀️🍷🍋

Meditation isn’t about silencing the mind… it’s about learning to listen.
So many people say, “I can’t meditate—my mind won’t stop thinking.”
But guess what? That’s not the goal.

Meditation is about creating space.
Space to notice.
Space to breathe.
Space to observe your thoughts without getting lost in them.

It’s not about having no thoughts—it’s about changing your relationship with them.
You’re not doing it wrong. You’re showing up. And that’s everything.

Take a seat. Breathe. Notice.

So we like to do this little get-together Yoga Happy Hour once a month. We laugh and crack up a little more than usual, and yes, we drink during class. I know some serious types are all like that's not "real" yoga. Who cares. Seriously, no one is getting lit drinking half a drink during an hour-long class, although it is a fun excuse for why our balance sucks. We still meditate and breathe and practice the poses (asana).

Beginners welcomed.

I’ve emailed everyone about the rescheduling of tomorrow's (Saturday) workshop due to the number of cancellations from the Chiefs game, but I just wanted to make sure everyone is aware!

The workshop has been moved to April 12 — I hope you can join us then! If you’d prefer a refund, please message me directly, and I’ll take care of it for you.
