RECOVERY isn’t “rest”…it’s a strategy!
Adjustments keep the nerves talking so the muscles can work at optimal level.
Throw in a couple extra core movements before your workout, make sure you stretch those muscles and come get adjusted to help you reset so you can hit your goals without injury or burnout😎🏆
