A Festive Thanksgiving Appetizer

Ingredients
12 ounces frozen chopped spinach
14 ounces artichoke hearts drained
½ sweet onion diced
8 ounces cream cheese
⅔ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Dice your onion, and roughly cut your artichoke hearts. Add them to your slow cooker.
Add your frozen spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese to your slow cooker. Stir together.
Cut your cream cheese into cubes, and add them on top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.
Remove your lid, and stir together. Cover, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
