We want to give a sincere thank-you to Faith Lutheran Church and Preschool for providing lunch for our staff and volunteers the other day! Join Us for Ottawa’s Life Chain – Sunday, October 5, 2025

From 2–3 pm, believers across our city will gather on the downtown Main Street sidewalk to stand prayerfully for life. Pro-life signs will be provided.

Since 1987, the Life Chain has united people across the nation in visible, peaceful prayer on behalf of preborn children—the most vulnerable among us. This year, we’re asking God to save lives and bring an end to abortion in our nation.

Our theme verses are:

2 Chronicles 7:14–15:
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.”

Come stand with us in faith, unity, and prayer. Invite friends and church members—all are welcome.

💙 We’re Hiring: Nurse Manager 💙

LifeCare Center is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager to lead our medical team and provide Christ-centered care to women and families.

✨ What You’ll Do:

Oversee client care & medical services

Supervise nursing staff & volunteers

Perform pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and STI testing

Provide education, referrals, and compassionate support

✅ Requirements:

Committed Christian RN (Kansas license)

Strong leadership & organizational skills

OB/GYN or Pregnancy Help Center experience preferred (ultrasound training available)

This is a vital role in our mission to offer hope and life to those in need.

Thank you so much to Holy Trinity!

Pro Life Director Joe Kubec presents a check to Jessica Knisely of Life Care Center in Ottawa. Due to the generosity of the Holy Trinity parishioners, our annual Baby Bottle Drive brought in $1437.16, along with other baby articles such as clothing, blankets, and diapers. We are so grateful to our parish and are thankful to be able to donate these items to support life!!!
