You know those nudges, sometimes coming in the form of whispers in your mind or lyrics in a song or an obvious knocking at the door of your heart.

Well, all the above had been happening on my behalf… calling for a change…impending transformation.

Knowing I was being called away from my obligatory weekly teaching schedule… Whatever had been the same for years was ready for new nature filled energy.

A new ME is being rebirthed and I love her.

And here we are. For now.

I taught my last class at the beautiful Neverbetter studio as the owner is changing things up too. The upstairs space is being turned into an Airbnb… oh the future renters are gonna love all the good feels we sprinkled into that space. Laughter, tears of release & Joy, so much peace and connectedness. 🤍🌀

Speaking of release… When you put your pure heart intentions into the ethers and then surrender… It’s beautiful how things fall into place. I’m still curious as new paths continue to unfold… And one that became very clear is that I will be offering a beautiful yoga class in a place that feels so sacred, peaceful, nature embraced. We can open the windows and let the spring breeze In and let the summer warmth float about. Maybe we will occasionally take aNeverbetter Market + Wellnessthe trees facing the lake. Ahhhh …

Sacred ✨ Spiritual ✨ Adventurous

Those three words keep weaving into my thoughts as they are perfect descriptions of the recent Sedona retreat. When curious, vulnerable, wild and loving women gather… while being cocooned in safe high vibrations… Transformation occurs. 🌀✨

So do lots of tears and giggles. Along with spontaneous dancing and a little vino. 💃🍷

About that transformation ~ it’s the type that cracks you open from the inside … where a version of you resides not yet discovered. I can see the tips of those new wings…can you?

Keep leaning into the mystery my friends …while also getting those bare feet nice and dirty & your face licked by the wolves. Ahhhoooo 🐺🤍✨🔥🪽

Sunrises. Sunsets. Sacred Love.

We stay at a resort in Mexico where many from Europe and Canada vacation. More French, and of course, Spanish-speaking than English …& we love it. The culture ~ the bare feet in the sand ~ the diversity of nature always weaving into our hearts.

When you travel, it is such a divine reminder of how we are all connected. It helps you to step out of the box of your existence… as the walls fall … you access space of radiant light & expanded awareness.

May we all now and then drop the veil of what we are creating and invite in the mystic, the magic, the beauty that is always there in the midst of darkness.

I see you. I feel you. I feel your fear in the very marrow of my bones. Me over here in my white skin. Carrying only specs of brown in the freckles that line my cheeks ~ never fully understanding the walk your brown skin takes on this earth. I see you in your beauty and I reach through the ether, placing my hand on your heart saying ~ I am so sorry. I am so sorry this earth walk is so heavy right now based on the color of your skin. Please feel the touch of my hand on your heart as we breathe together as one.

Your soul signed up for such a heavy load to carry on your back. And as your footprints sink deeper then mine in the sand…know i walk with you. I see you. I feel you. I love you.

Good grand rising…if it is the wee hours for you as it for me. I picked up that phrase “good grand rising” from a dear friend and it is so sweet, powerful, & divine at the same time.

All the essences I am allowing to wash over me ~ as the moon glow winks me awake.

Was it the moon or maybe the coughing? Sadly I picked up a bug on my travels home & it just caught up with me. Took my voice yet returned my delayed bags.

So much to say about my adventure to Florence Italy…and in this moment…I’m feeling into this amazing sculpture. Marble. Huge. The definition of earth & art nestled in the Boboli Gardens…

maybe it was weaving me back to this space. Home in Minnesota. For there is a piece of art in nature outside of Detroit Lakes with a similar vibe.

And here I Am. Remembering. Ready to share the creative inspiration that filled my soul.
