It is with great sadness that I have to announce that I will no longer be teaching yoga classes at Iowa XPlosion. Our economy has been tough on my husbands business that afforded me the opportunity to stay home and do things like teach yoga so I have decided I need to return to work as a nurse to help out. I am hoping to offer some fun weekend yoga pop up opportunities this winter so stay tuned. This isn’t the last of me, just a little pause. Thank you everyone that has supported me!

Hi all. I am sorry to say that I am going to have to cancel yoga for another week. 😒
Although my mom is doing awesome and I am back in Ottumwa, I am so far behind in life and my mental bucket is just drained. I need better energy to share with you all.
Thanks for understanding! I am working real hard to meet you guys on the mat next week.

Sorry guys no yoga this week. I still feel the need to stay close to my mom at the hospital as she continues to recover from open heart surgery. Stay tuned for updates this month as she continues to heal.

Tonight will be our last Tuesday night hot yoga session for a bit so come on down and sweat it out with us!

As we move into fall the gym gets busy with competition cheer and tumbling and I have to get my kids back in gear as homeschoolers so class offerings are going to scale back for just a bit. My 2 most popular classes are continuing as normal.
