February is Heart Health Awareness Month and heart health is so much more than workouts and checklists.
It’s:
• Moving your body with kindness, not punishment
• Nourishing yourself with foods that love you back
• Honoring rest as protection, not laziness
• Tracking your health so you can advocate for yourself
• Choosing connection—because love is medicine
• And protecting your heart by not starting (or quitting) smoking
For stroke survivors, caregivers, and those walking alongside them, heart health is daily, personal, and deeply human.
This month let’s care for our hearts with compassion. Not perfection. Not pressure. Just intention.
