Hit Save On This Post For Later 🧠🫀🪽 || The mind-body connection is the root of all that I practice, teach, and strive to embody. Re-creating the connection within yourself is the most important element to health, without it we are merely masking symptoms.
By deepening our understanding of the impact trauma has on us, along with what good emotions can do for us, we are able to begin seeking supportive spaces that allow us to:
1. Process the hurt without invalidating the human experience or just focusing on “regulation”.
2. Sink into the emotions a little more to gain their knowledge and listen to what they’re telling us, and how they’re showing up.
3. Enable that connection to let them flow through easier and in a complete way, opposed to in fragments where they remain stuck.
4. Work with the entire body through Naturopathic health care plans to include the whole picture of wellness back into your life once we address what could be sitting at the roots.
All while being in a supportive, heart-centered, trauma-informed space with a qualified practitioner who practices the same for her own health journey. 🤍
