🎉I’m excited to announce I am now an EMDR Consultant in training (CIT) and can provide individual and group consultation to EMDR trained therapists working towards certification.🎉
EMDR has been life changing in my practice, and it’s something I’m passionate about. I specialize in trauma recovery and have several years’ experience working specifically with domestic and sexual trauma. I also enjoy working with anxiety, codependency, and grief.

A much needed resource! I had a family member incarcerated growing up and it was understood you don’t talk about it. This book helps normalize the feelings that can come from that and provides helpful guidance to loved ones on how to navigate this. Highly recommend!
