Last night was such a treat getting to listen to Lyndi share her wisdom on all things nutrition 😋🥗🍝🍪🫐✨
Creating space for our community to approach nourishment from a different perspective is something that feels deeply aligned with what we practice both on and off the mat. Lyndi guided the group through thoughtful, approachable conversations around fueling our bodies, what calories actually mean, how to build balanced meals, and letting go of the pressure and noise that often surrounds food.
We are so grateful for teachers like Lyndi who help us expand our understanding of wellness and remind us that caring for ourselves can be simple, supportive, and sustainable 💛
