Case managers are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of clients, accessing community resources, accessing benefits, and managing HCBS services in the state of Kansas. We believe that individuals should live lives that provide as much independence as possible and have a circle of support that is supportive of the hopes and dreams to reach that independence.
