Are you looking for a flexible part time, PRN job? TAV Home Health LLC is currently looking to hire experienced CNAs, HHA and RNs to join their team, for all shifts to take care of Clients in their homes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Nurse
• Current State licensure as a registered nurse
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and all staff.
• Basic computer skills.
• Professional, friendly attitude.
• Experience in home health care.
CNA AND HHA
• License as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or currently enrolled in a school for nursing assistants
• Current Home Health Aide Certification
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle clients based on whatever maturity level, they are currently functioning.
GENERAL DUTIES:
• Follow infection control procedures in accordance with established Company policy when isolation techniques are necessary. And adhering to COVID-19 requirements
• Attend in-service educational programs, on the job training programs and meetings as directed.
• Chart required information every shift.
• Adheres to Company Standards for resolving client concerns.
• Presents professional image to clients through dress, behavior and speech.
• Ensures that all client’s rights are protected
RN DUTIES
• Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administering medications to patients as prescribed by a Physician and monitoring them for side effects and adverse reactions.
• Ordering assistive medical devices and related treatments prescribed by the Physician.
• Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
CNA/CHHA DUTIES
• Prepare client meals, assist with ADLs, light housekeeping, medication reminders according to client’s plan of care and doctor’s orders, transporting residents to/from grocery shopping, mail pick up, bank etc.
• Assist client with proper hygiene
• Bath Client as assigned and in accordance with established company procedures.
