oh wow it’s been a while since I’ve posted here! 🙃
Hi, hello 👋🏼 I’m Katie! And this is my sweet baby girl Riley 💖 she’s almost 7 months old (what?! 🤯).
Some random biz & personal updates after being back at work for a few months:
💛 I’m training in-person clients in Overland Park on Mondays & Wednesdays!
💛 I have 2 - 30 min slots available on Monday afternoons
💛 I am opening up my online training services: if you are interested in becoming a virtual client with personalized nutrition &/or workouts!
💛 I am so grateful for my amazing clients who have been so flexible with me in this season of life - between pumping schedules & my lack brain cells 😆😵‍💫 finding a balance while going back to work even just part time has taken me longer than I anticipated! Postpartum is… wild & beautiful & scary & amazing 😂
💛 I have learned so much in the past 7 months and am learning each & every day! I hope to help more mommas thru postpartum with movement, nutrition & mental health!
