The I-CBT SIG (Special Interest Group) from the International OCD Foundation is joining OCD Kansas! We will be sharing information about Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with you during OCD Awareness Week, including:
* An overview of I-CBT and how it conceptualizes OCD
* What treatment looks like in practice
* Research supporting I-CBT
* And answering questions from YOU!

Thank you to everyone who came out to the OCD Walk in Kansas City this past Saturday! In addition to the amazing attendees, we had the chance to meet a grandmother and her two granddaughters who just happened to be playing at the park that day. One of her granddaughters has OCD, and it was such a cool example of a "right place at the right time" moment! The girls got to color some of the fun OCD-inspired coloring pages designed by Amanda Petrik-Gardner, LCPC while we connected with their grandmother about resources and this amazing community of support!
