Aubree and Valerie were honored to spend time with the MO-KAN Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association and speak about winter wellness, leadership, and what it means to “be the buffalo” during harder seasons.
This group embodies women supporting women. Some members have been part of MoKan for over 35 years, and the depth of connection, wisdom, and encouragement in the room was unmistakable!
Aubree and Valerie shared how winter impacts mental health and motivation, why slowing down is not failure, and how small, compassionate choices help us move through challenging seasons instead of getting stuck in them.
Thank you, ABWA MO-KAN, for inviting us into such a meaningful community of women leaders.
If your organization is looking for mental health speakers who blend research, real-life tools, and approachable conversation, we’d love to connect! 🤍 🦬
