Welcome to enCORE!

Hi! I am Kelsey Beach, owner of enCORE Therapy & Performance. I started my journey with physical therapy in 2011 after earning my doctorate of Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University and jumping head first into pelvic health rehab. I knew it was the special niche of PT I wanted to put my efforts into. Then in 2014 I completed my first triathlon – I was in love. Slowly my passion for pelvic health rehab wove itself into running mechanics and functional mobility for athletics. I stopped looking not only at myself and my patients as single symptom cases, but whole body connections and breaking down how the joint affected the center of movement: the core. I came to put all the pieces of the puzzle together and enCORE was born. My mission for enCORE Therapy and Performance is to empower women to rediscover their bodies starting from the pelvic floor and core. Let's destigmatize the shame in discussing pelvic dysfunction and continue the revolution in creating strong women, inside and out.
